This case study was fun when searching for results, as it was the first chance for me to ramp up and establish a strong social foundation for the company, and to help connect the brand to the customers and users of the product. Creating a connection between the brand and user was equally as important as the advertising being done, as this industry has deep roots, and hyper-loyal customers. The future of the company depends not only on current customers, but also on the up-and-coming generation of supervisors, architects, and business owners, so it was obvious that fundamental updates and changes need to happen immediately, or risk losing out on a massive share of the market simply because it did not acknowledge the needs of a new generation of tradesmen. Simple, fundamental actions utilizing proper design and online practices, have created meaningful impacts on all targeted platforms.
